Born and raised in La Jolla, Kelly Dinnsen brings a unique expertise and a personal touch to every client interaction. Being a native to the area gives Kelly valuable insight and knowledge into the aspects of the many diverse communities of San Diego County. Before entering real estate, Kelly obtained her BS from the University of Arizona and worked in the medical industry, garnering management and sales experience before realizing she wanted to work more directly with clients. Kelly is highly organized and meticulous, and excels in managing projects from start to finish and keeping track of all details along the way. E-pro certified, Kelly is up-to-the-minute on all technology involving real estate. With her smart-phone she is instantly available to respond to emails and has the ability to work primarily paperless. In addition, Kelly is SFR certified (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification). She felt this was necessary to help her clients maneuver the complexities of the short sale process and pursue foreclosure opportunities. These have become critical skills in today’s market and have given her the proper tools to understand the market conditions.
